Electrical Engineer
Electrical Engineer is a senior management position. The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience running an entire engineering operation or department. We are seeking a seasoned professional who possesses all appropriate licensure. The Electrical Engineer must have an entrepreneurial spirit. The position will amount to running a firm within a company with a strong support team ready to build what you engineer. Candidate must be adept at budgets, familiar with PV systems, able to aggressively cultivate and maintain client relationships, and have expertise with industry-standard software. Estimator
Estimator is a senior management position reporting to the company president. The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in all facets of electrical estimating. Candidate will be expected to work independently and demonstrate strong relationship-building skills. The Estimator will be responsible for on-time completion of all company bids and establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers. Must have extensive estimating software experience (Accubid preferred). The Estimator will supervise the Assistant Estimator. Project Manager
The Project Manager is a senior position reporting to the company president. The ideal candidate will have three to five years' project management experience in the construction industry. The position requires independent management of all aspects of design build projects. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers, working with the production department to ensure timely, on-budget completion of projects, and supervising the creation and maintenance of all project documentation. |
Electrical Designer
Electrical Designer is a mid-level position reporting to the Electrical Engineer and/or company president. The ideal candidate will understand all aspects of the Electrical Engineer's responsibilities but need not be licensed. Candidate much also possess cross-functional abilities in project management, basic design build practices, budget and negotiation, and strong administrative skills, including computer proficiency. Assistant Estimator
Assistant Estimator is a support position reporting to the Estimator. We are seeking a motivated professional with one to three years' experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Must have a valid California driver's license. Some familiarity with estimating procedures and software (Accubid preferred) for simple estimating input is required. The Assistant Estimator will complete plan take-offs, make requests for quotes, track critical timelines and procure and organize bids. Project Engineer
Project Engineer is a support position reporting to the Project Manager and/or President. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in the electrical field as well as strong administrative skills. The Project Engineer will support the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution from inception through completion. This will involve contract administration, submittals, RFI, CO's and close-out documents. Strong computer skills are required. |
